Terms & Conditions Waiver

I, _______________________________ hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in relation to my booking with Glamour & Stars:

Booking Confirmation:

I understand that my booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment, signed waiver and confirmation from Glamour & Stars.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand circumstances change, and there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your experience. Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer a reschedule option: We ask for 24hr notice & that the new experience be scheduled within 90 days of the original scheduled date. 

Cancellation/rescheduling within the 24hr window prior to your experience is unfortunately not eligible for rescheduling.

Weather Conditions:

In the event of inclement weather, we offer a reschedule option. If you choose to chance it the day of, and continue with your experience, and the weather makes it impossible, unfortunately we cannot refund or reschedule. If you choose to move your experience to an indoor location, we require 24hr. notice.

Damages and Losses:

I agree to be responsible for any damages or losses incurred to the picnic setup, equipment, or property of Glamour & Stars during the duration of my booking. Please keep in mind, until our scheduled return, you are responsible for all experience items. 

Photography Release:

I grant permission to Glamour & Stars to use any photographs or videos taken during the picnic for promotional purposes.

Electronic Communication:

I consent to receive communication from Glamour & Stars electronically, including but not limited to email, SMS, or notifications through the booking platform.

Links to Third-Party Sites/Services: 

I acknowledge that Glamour & Stars may provide links to third-party websites or services for additional information or convenience. I understand that Glamour & Stars does not endorse or have control over the content or practices of these third-party sites/services.

Intellectual Property: 

I acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with Glamour & Stars are owned by Glamour & Stars and/or its licensors. I agree not to use or reproduce any such intellectual property without prior written consent from Glamour & Stars.

Access Restriction/Rules and Regulations:

I understand that access to certain areas or amenities may be restricted during my picnic experience. It is the responsibility of each guest to verify picnic/camping rules and regulations for all parks, beaches and public areas. Glamour & Stars is not responsible for any penalties incurred for violating any rules & regulations.

Alcohol:

Glamour & Stars does not provide Alcohol. Glamour & Stars is not responsible for any penalties incurred for violating alcohol rules & regulations.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glamour & Stars from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my breach of these terms and conditions.

Liability Waiver:

I hereby release Glamour & Stars, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from my participation in the picnic experience.
