After contacting us, we will work with you to create the experience you envision. We have a Classic Picnic or Deluxe Picnic to choose from, as well as add-ons to enhance your picnic. Once we confirm date, time, experience & theme, number of guests & location, you can rely on us to set-up your luxury experience and break it down, so all you have to do is enjoy!

We have a Classic Canvas Bell Tent & Deluxe Canvas Bell Tent to choose from, as well as any add-ons to enhance your Glamping experience. Once we confirm date, time, experience & theme, number of guests & location, you can rely on us to set-up your luxury experience and break it down the following day (or time of choice), so all you have to do is enjoy!

• Our outdoor canvas bell tent space requires an area of 20'x20'
• We will need to be informed of any sprinkler system placement, as we are not liable for damage 
• We ask no watering 24hrs. prior to delivery
• Our indoor individual tent set-ups require a clear delivery path, and each set requires a 7'x4' area.

Yes! We are located on the beautiful San Mateo coast with many picturesque beaches and parks (Permit fee may apply). We can travel throughout the Bay Area & the options are many. We can work together to find the perfect location. 

We understand you may meet unpredictable circumstances, so we do provide a 10 minute grace period. 

Please text or call to arrange new time. Until our return, please keep in mind that you are responsible for all experience items.

We understand circumstances change, and there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your experience. Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer a reschedule option: We ask for 24hr notice & that the new experience be scheduled within 90 days of the original scheduled date. 

In the event of inclement weather, we offer the same reschedule option. If you choose to chance it the day of, and continue with your experience, and the weather makes it impossible, unfortunately we cannot refund or reschedule. If you choose to move your experience to an indoor location, we require 24hr. notice.

Cancellation/rescheduling within the 24hr window prior to your experience is unfortunately not eligible for rescheduling. 

We do not offer alcohol, and it is the responsibility of each guest to verify picnic/camping rules and regulations for all parks, beaches and public areas. Glamour & Stars is not responsible for any penalties incurred for violating alcohol rules & regulations.
